Head Baker For Bread Bakery at De-Weko Bakery and Confectionery

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to work without supervision
•  Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Baker
• Good organizational skills.
• Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Ability to meet  deadlines.
• Creativity in crafting new pastries.

RESPONSILBILITIES:

• Follow existing recipes. 
• Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients. 
• Knead, roll, cut, and prepare dough when needed 
• Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and tools. 
• Monitor items during baking. 
• Mixing, preparing and baking bread and pastries. 
• Crafting and creating new and exciting baked goods. 
• Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time for opening. 
• Ability to read and follow recipes
