Guest Service Agent

- Experience 1 - 5 years
- Location Oyo
- Job Field Food, Beverage & Hospitality
- Salary Range ₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out processes, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Information Provider: Act as a source of information regarding hotel services, local attractions, and dining options, helping guests with recommendations and reservations.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Duties: Manage reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records of transactions.
- Coordination: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain Standards: Uphold the hotel\'s standards of cleanliness and safety, ensuring that the front desk area is organized and well-stocked with supplies
