RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome visitors and guests
• Manage reception and front desk
• Handle incoming calls and enquiries
• Coordinate meeting rooms
• Receive deliveries
• Support office administration
• Assist during executive meetings
• Support events and visitor rnanagernent
• Maintain an organized reception area
• Prepare meeting refreshments when required
• Support documentation and filing

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• I — 3 years' experience in customer service. administration, hospitality or client-facing roles
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Socal literacy is an advantage
