What you’ll be doing

• As a Growth Marketer at PANDORA, you'll be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives.
• You'll develop, implement, track, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
• You'll own all of our clients' marketing channels and measure their success.
• You'll be in charge of creating a digital marketing strategy that supports our clients' overarching business goals. Ideally, all this will result in customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
• You'll work with the content marketing and creative design units to craft beautiful and compelling campaign stories for various clients' accounts.
• As a Growth Marketer, you'll ensure the messages of our various clients reach their target audience to ensure growth success.

Knowledge skills needed

• You're able to manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• You're highly creative and have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.
• You can optimize landing pages and user funnels.
• You are skilled in experimentation.
• You have a solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
• You have a working knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising.
• You have strong analytical skills.
• You see exciting marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends.

In addition:

• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role
• Strong copywriting and content management/marketing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An ability to clearly communicate articulately in front of a camera (comfortable with camera appearances)
• Experience working with teams
• Keen attention to detail
• Organizational and collaborative skills
