    Growth Manager

    Description

    • We are searching for an exceptional Growth Manager to assume responsibility as a client lead, ensuring the identification and generation of new business opportunities so as to contribute to overall business expansion, profitability and sustainability.

    Responsibilities
    As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • New Business Development Strategy Execution
    • Delivery of Client Solutions
    • Implementation of Client Solutions

    Requirements
    To qualify for this role, you should have:

    • 6 - 8 years relevant experience in marketing, sales and/or new business development with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
    • Relevant exposure to local and global retail environment
    • Completed Degree
    • Exceptional business development skills
    • Strong marketing/business management skills
    • Financial acumen
    • Customer service skills
    • Relationship building
    • Results driven approach
