    Growth Executive

    Position Overview

    • As a Growth Executive , you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy by identifying and acquiring new clients interested in our financing solutions. You will be responsible for building and managing a robust pipeline of potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in the healthcare sector being highly preferred.

    Key Responsibilities

    •  Identify and prospect potential clients in the healthcare sector who could benefit from the companies financing solutions.
    •  Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other relevant organizations.
    •  Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financing requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
    •  Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
    •  Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication throughout.
    •  Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
    •  Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

    Requirements

    •  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    •  Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the healthcare or financial services sector.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
    •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
    •  Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to prospecting and business development.
    •  Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
