Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Senior HR leadership experience across multiple countries
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, construction, or investment banking preferred
• Strong experience in HR strategy and organizational design
• Experience managing HR across African and international markets
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant HR professional certifications preferred
• Willingness to travel across operating locations.
