Job Summary
- We're seeking a seasoned Group Executive Director, Projects to plan and execute projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop comprehensive project plans
- Ensure project requirements and regulatory compliance
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Manage project budgets
- Lead and motivate project teams
- Manage client expectations
- Collaborate with HSE team
Qualifications/Experience
- Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or related field; MBA an advantage
- 15+ years of project management experience
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
