Key Requirement:

• Sales & Investment Expertise: Strong background in sales operations, investment, and asset management with a proven ability to drive revenue and AUM growth.
• Leadership & Strategic Vision: Experience in developing and scaling financial products, with a track record of high-level decision-making.
• Regulatory & Political Acumen: Ability to engage regulators and navigate the Nigerian political landscape effectively.
• International Exposure: Must have studied and worked abroad, with deep knowledge of investment and financial asset classes.
• Portfolio & Risk Management: Solid expertise in portfolio management, risk assessment, and financial modeling.
• Investor & Stakeholder Relations: Strong networks across Africa, capable of attracting institutional investors. Membership in Lagos Metropolitan Club is an added advantage.
• Operational Oversight: Experience in managing risk and operations, with digital and tech-savvy capabilities.
• Executive Leadership: Must have led a department, business unit, or startup, demonstrating the ability to transition into a full CEO role.
• Executive Presence: Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence high-stakes engagements.
