Job Summary ‎ ‎

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced *Griller* to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and grilling high-quality meals in line with our hotel standards, ensuring consistency, taste, and excellent presentation while maintaining strict hygiene and safety practices. ‎

Key Responsibilities ‎ ‎

• Prepare and grill meats, poultry, seafood, and other menu items according to standard recipes. ‎
• Ensure proper seasoning, portion control, and presentation of grilled dishes. ‎
• Monitor grilling temperatures to ensure food is cooked safely and to required standards. ‎
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station at all times. ‎
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. ‎
• Inspect food supplies and report shortages or quality issues promptly. ‎
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery. ‎
• Assist with stock control and minimize food waste. ‎

Requirements & Qualifications ‎ ‎

• Proven experience as a Griller or similar role in a hotel or restaurant. ‎
• Good knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety standards. ‎
• Ability to work under pressure and during peak service periods. ‎
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in food quality. ‎
• Team-oriented with good communication skills. ‎

Working Conditions ‎ ‎

• Ability to stand for extended periods. ‎
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
