General Position Summary

• Grilling of Catfish, Crocker fish and Chicken
• Receive and recording of raw materials from the central store and suppliers
• Regularly go to market to buy items that were not supplied
• Ensure all items received are of good quality and the right quantity
• Ensure items are refrigerated and stored according to HACCP stipulations
• Plate and present grilled items in accordance to company standard and specifications
• Ensure grilling environment and items are kept clean at all time
• Label food items appropriately and according to standard
• Grill requested food items in accordance with customers’ specifications and preset recipes
• Manage portions of grilled food items and garnish them
