Graphics / Visual Designer at Rise Networks

Overview

• We are looking for a talented and imaginative Graphics/Visual Designer to join our team full-time and on-site.
• This role is critical in creating visually appealing and effective designs that communicate our mission and engage our audience across various digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics and visual content for digital channels, including websites, social media, email newsletters, and online advertisements.
• Create visually compelling marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop and execute a cohesive visual identity and branding strategy.
• Develop infographics, icons, and other visual elements to enhance our digital content and campaigns.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and reflect the organization's mission and values.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve our visual content.
• Provide creative input and suggestions during brainstorming and planning sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Must be highly creative and innovative
• Proven experience as a Graphics/Visual Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and effective in achieving communication goals.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual consistency.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
