Job Details

• Developing unique and innovative designs for packaging, including labels, cartons, and promotional materials
• Creating eye-catching visuals for social media posts, advertisements, and email campaigns
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop compelling graphics for product launches and promotions
• Ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and align with our overall brand aesthetic
• Keeping up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices
• Working closely with printers and other vendors to ensure the quality of all printed materials
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Must have experience working with a Beauty and Skincare Brand.
