Role Summary

The Graphics Designer/Video Editor is responsible for creating compelling visual and multimedia content that supports the institute’s brand, marketing campaigns, educational programs, social media presence, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, flyers, brochures, certificates, and other materials.
• Produce and edit short-form and long-form videos for marketing and educational purposes.
• Create promotional videos, course trailers, student testimonials, instructor videos, and event content.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects where required.
• Maintain consistency with the institute’s brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop creative campaigns.
• Capture and edit photos and videos during events, classes, workshops, and other activities.
• Repurpose existing content into different formats for various digital platforms.
• Manage and organize design files, video assets, templates, and brand resources.
• Stay updated on current design, video, social media, and content trends.
• Support the development of visual materials for online courses and learning platforms.

Requirements

• Degree, diploma, or professional certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional design and/or video editing experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video production skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent software.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to produce content optimized for social media and digital platforms.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an advantage.
