• As a Graphics Designer, you play a pivotal role in creating visual content that communicates messages, ideas, and concepts effectively.
• You will collaborate with various teams to design graphics for digital and print media, ensuring that the company's visual identity is consistent and appealing to the target audience.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to edit videos and create video animation.
• Create visually appealing graphics, including logos, illustrations, infographics, social media posts, advertisements, and more, using various design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and creative teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into compelling visual designs that align with the brand's objectives.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design elements, both online and offline, to strengthen brand recognition.
• Design marketing collateral for both digital and print purposes, such as brochures, flyers, banners, web graphics, email templates, and product packaging.
• Select appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts to create visually pleasing and legible designs that effectively convey information.
• Edit and enhance photographs, images, and graphics to meet project requirements, including retouching, resizing, and color correction.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company's designs remain fresh and competitive.
• Engage with clients or stakeholders to present design concepts, gather feedback, and make necessary revisions to meet their expectations.
• Organize and maintain design files, ensuring easy retrieval and efficient collaboration within the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
• Must be able to edit videos and create video animation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to adapt to changing design trends and technologies.
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
