Role Overview

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content across digital and print platforms.
• The ideal candidate should have strong creative instincts, technical proficiency, and experience managing multiple design projects within fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and print media.
• Develop and maintain brand identity and visual consistency across all platforms.
• Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts.
• Design marketing collateral including flyers, banners, presentations, brochures, and packaging materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other teams to deliver high-quality creative assets.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on graphic design experience.
• Previous experience working in a creative/advertising agency or manufacturing company is highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency across both digital and print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma/Canva.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, branding, and visual communication.
• Experience with packaging/product design is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Must reside in or be willing to commute to Ikeja, Lagos on hybrid workdays.
