Role Summary
- Create visual assets that increase click‑through rates and support direct ad sales.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Design 5–10 social media images per day for articles (thumbnail, quote cards, odds graphics).
- Create infographics showing team stats, head‑to‑head records.
- Build direct ad banners (leaderboard, skyscraper, native) for clients – sizes 728×90, 300×250, 160×600.
- Produce “vs” graphics with bookmaker logos for betting articles.
- Maintain a library of reusable templates for fast turnaround.
- Retouch photos and ensure all images are optimised for web (compressed, proper aspect ratios).
Requirements
- Portfolio showing sports or news‑related designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Understanding of web image optimisation (JPEG, WebP).
