Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team at Liberty Assured Limited. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate complex financial concepts to our audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design concepts for various digital and print materials including website graphics, social media assets, marketing collateral, presentations, infographics, and product interfaces.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Create engaging visual content that effectively communicates complex financial information, such as data visualizations and charts.
• Maintain and evolve our brand identity through consistent application of design elements across all touchpoints.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of our designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
• Ensure all designs meet high standards of quality, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in the fintech industry or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating data visualizations and infographics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
