Graphics Designer at Ha-Shem Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites using software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic design
• Work with content writers to produce final design
• Amend designs after feedback
• Creating logos and branding designs
• Creating graphic designs optimised for print, web, digital, and all social media channels
• Conducting marketing research and competitor analyses
• Establish and follow brand guidelines
• Executing multiple design projects at a time
• Completing all design projects in a timely manner
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Required Skills:

• Proven graphic designing experience
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma.
• A strong eye for visual composition, aesthetics, and details
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of color theory and typography
• Ability to take direction and work well with others
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism among the team.
• Understanding of marketing, website design, branding & corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
