• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for visual composition.
• Ability to take feedback and make necessary adjustments.

EXPERIENCE:

• Designing marketing materials for both print and digital platforms.
• Developing graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
• Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing collateral.
• Collaborating with marketing teams and other departments to understand project goals and requirements.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and perspectives.
• Managing multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Staying updated on industry trends and design tools.
• Recommending new technologies and techniques to enhance visual communication strategies.
