Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer with good video editing skills to join our team.  As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for translating conceptual ideas into visually appealing designs across various platforms. You will work closely with our marketing, branding, and content teams to create engaging visual assets that communicate our brand's message effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and Design: Develop innovative and captivating design concepts, graphics, and layouts for both digital and print mediums, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing collateral, advertisements, presentations, and product packaging.
2. Brand Identity: Ensure consistent application of the brand's visual identity across all materials, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand image.
3. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content creators, and developers to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with overall objectives.
4. Visual Content Creation: Create and manipulate images, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements to enhance the quality of our content and communication.
5. Layout and Typography: Apply strong typography skills and a keen eye for layout to create visually appealing and easy-to-read designs.
6. UI/UX Design: Assist in the design of user interfaces and experiences for digital products, ensuring a user-friendly and visually pleasing design.
7. Photo Editing: Edit and retouch photos as needed to improve visual quality and align with brand aesthetics.
8. Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and relevance.
9. Feedback and Iteration: Accept constructive feedback from team members and stakeholders and iterate on designs to achieve the desired outcomes.
10. Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience (3 to 5 years) as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums.
3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
4. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.
5. Video editing skills
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
7. Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, error-free designs.
8. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Animation and motion graphics skills.
• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering.
