Responsibilities

• Develop captivating graphics, animations, and motion graphics for diverse digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and create creative assets for campaigns, websites, social media, and more.
• Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) that elevate user experiences (UX) across our digital products and platforms.
• Create compelling video content, including editing, post-production, and visual effects, to effectively convey messages.
• Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to ensure our visual content remains innovative and cutting-edge.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are met.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to comprehend project requirements and deliver design solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Curate and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and style guidelines.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in motion graphics, UI/UX design, and videography.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Robust portfolio showcasing motion graphics, UI/UX designs, and video projects.
• Sound grasps of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Adept at translating creative concepts into visually impactful designs.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and interpret project specifications.
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to thrive under deadlines.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, UI/UX design, and videography.
• Previous track record in creating motion graphics, designing user interfaces, and producing video content.
• Exposure to both digital and print design is advantageous.
