Graphics Designer at Bible Davids Ministries

Role Overview

• The Graphic Designer will play a central role in shaping the visual identity of Bible Davids Ministries. From digital campaigns and social media assets to event branding, publications, and television graphics, you will create compelling designs that inspire, inform, and mobilize people into Kingdom action.
• You will work closely with the Head of Operations, media production teams, and senior leadership to ensure every design reflects BDM’s excellence, prophetic edge, and unique anointing. Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Visual Storytelling

• Develop high-quality graphics for digital platforms, social media, event flyers, motion graphics, merchandise, and publications.
• Create consistent branding materials that align with BDM’s global identity and campaign themes.
• Translate prophetic and spiritual concepts into compelling, modern visuals that carry weight and relevance.

Media & Content Integration

• Collaborate with video editors, photographers, and media producers to design cohesive visual packages for broadcasts, live events, and online content.
• Design lower-thirds, overlays, and supporting assets for television, livestreams, and social media reels.
• Support the call center and partner engagement team with branded visual materials for campaigns and outreach.

Event & Campaign Branding

• Lead the visual design of major events such as conferences, crusades, and training programs.
• Ensure all event visuals — stage backdrops, banners, digital invites, promo kits — are professionally executed and consistent.
• Design branded materials for global campaigns, product launches, and fundraising initiatives.

Team Collaboration & Process Management

• Work under the supervision of the Head of Operations (Abuja) and coordinate with global creative teams for alignment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while upholding BDM’s standards of excellence.
• Provide design support to other departments (e.g., publications, leadership training, humanitarian outreach).

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven professional experience in graphic design, preferably in media, nonprofit, or ministry settings.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative range in branding, digital, and print design.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and motion graphics software (After Effects or similar).
• Strong eye for layout, color theory, typography, and modern design trends.
• Ability to balance creativity with functionality, ensuring designs are visually striking and communicative.
• Video editing or motion graphics experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple projects, and deliver within deadlines.
