Key Responsibilities

• Create visuals for social media, websites, campaigns, ads, emails, and presentations
• Develop brand identities, style guides, and templates that keep everything consistent
• Produce storyboards, mockups, and prototypes for reviews and approvals
• Work closely with social media, content, and marketing teams to turn briefs into clean, thoughtful designs
• Pitch fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions and bring new creative directions to life
• Refine and adapt designs based on data, feedback, and campaign performance
• Ensure every asset meets the right specs for each platform
• Track design trends and raise the bar on quality with each project

Key functions you’ll own

• Visual content creation: social posts, ads, carousels, banners, infographics, web assets
• Motion and video: animations, reels, short-form videos, campaign videos
• Brand identity: logos, color systems, typography, guidelines
• Campaign support: contest assets, seasonal campaigns, promotional visuals

Tools you need to be confident in:

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Canva
• Corel Draw (client-specific)
• Bonus points if you have UI/UX or illustration skills
