• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphics Design Trainer to join our team
• As a Graphics Design Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training sessions to individuals or groups who are passionate about graphic design.
• Your expertise and guidance will help aspiring designers develop their skills and unleash their creativity.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training materials and modules on graphic design principles, tools, and software.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and remotely, to individuals or groups of varying skill levels.
• Cover a wide range of graphic design topics, including typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and digital design.
• Provide hands-on exercises, projects, and real-world examples to enhance learning and practical application.
• Teach industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools.
• Guide participants in exploring different design techniques and trends while fostering their unique creative style.
• Critique and provide constructive feedback on design projects to help participants improve their skills.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and software to continuously enhance training programs.
• Collaborate with the internal team to identify and address training needs and opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience with other design software and tools.
• Familiarity with web design, user experience (UX) design, or motion graphics.
• Experience working as a professional graphic designer in a creative agency or similar environment.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience and expertise in graphic design principles, tools, and software.
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
• Previous experience in delivering training sessions on graphic design or related topics.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex design concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• A portfolio showcasing your own design work and demonstrating a diverse range of styles and techniques.
