Graphics Design Intern at Detail and Avedia Consulting

Detail and Avedia, a retail and media consulting firm, seeks a creative individual to join its graphic design team as a Graphics Design Intern. Your role is to provide support to the team in a range of print, web and media projects.

Responsibilities

• Design communication materials
• Assist with design of promotional web graphics, banners, posters and other advertising and marketing materials as needed
• Keep a log of work and tag it as given
• Assist with other graphic design needs as needed.

Qualities/ Experience Desired

• Creative thinking and innovation
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• High level of accountability and ability to work well both independently and as a part of a team
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Strong knowledge of digital media software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw
• An awareness of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
