Graphic & Motion Designer at Xcene Research

• We are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, understand visual storytelling, and be able to create high-quality static and motion content for digital and marketing purposes.
• You will be responsible for developing engaging visual content across social media, marketing materials, presentations, campaigns, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design professional and visually compelling brochures, flyers, banners, and marketing materials
• Create engaging social media graphics for various platforms.
• Develop creative and visually appealing 2D animations and motion graphics
• Create promotional graphics and campaign visuals that align with brand guidelines.
• Transform concepts and briefs into polished visual designs.
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and visual directions.
• Edit and enhance images for use across digital and print materials.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, layout, color, and overall visual identity.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting agreed deadlines.
• Stay up to date with current design, motion graphics, and social media trends.

Required Skills & Software

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in:

• Adobe Photoshop (image editing, photo manipulation, and graphic design)
• Adobe Illustrator (vector design, illustrations, branding, and layouts)
• Adobe After Effects (2D animation, motion graphics, text animation, and visual effects)
• Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing and production)

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and motion graphics.
• Excellent understanding of composition, typography, color theory, hierarchy, and visual communication.
• Ability to translate ideas and briefs into creative visual solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and ability to receive and implement feedback.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and bring fresh ideas.
• Experience designing content specifically for social media and digital marketing is highly desirable.
