Job Description

• We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our real estate team.
• As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, developing designs, and producing high-quality graphic content for various projects.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise and creativity.

Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for property listings, marketing materials, and digital campaigns.
• Design and maintain brand assets including logos, presentations, signage, and brochures.
• Develop social media graphics, website visuals, and email templates that align with our brand.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling promotional materials for property launches and open houses.
• Edit and retouch photos of properties for marketing use.
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, consistent, and on-brand
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
• Provide feedback and contribute ideas to enhance design projects.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
