About the Role

• We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Wildfire Business Solutions Ltd. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can craft compelling brand identities, logos, and visual assets that capture the essence of our clients and the value we deliver through our branding services.
• The position is contract-based with flexibility, but candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid arrangement, splitting time between remote work and on-site collaboration at our office. This ensures you’re able to align closely with our team, brainstorm ideas, and deliver designs that leave a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Identity Creation: Develop complete brand identity systems including logos, typography, color palettes, and guidelines.
• Logo Design: Craft unique, memorable, and versatile logos that reflect each client’s vision and market.
• Marketing Collateral: Design assets such as brochures, social media graphics, flyers, pitch decks, and digital ads.
• Web & App Design Support: Collaborate with the development team to design UI elements, mockups, and supporting graphics.
• Creative Storytelling: Translate client ideas and briefs into visual stories that stand out and connect with audiences.
• Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and projects.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.

Requirement

• NYSC corps member or recent graduate with 2-5 years of proven design skills (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Figma.
• Strong eye for detail, typography, and color.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visuals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Must be comfortable working in a hybrid setup
• Knowledge of motion graphics/animation skills is a bonus
• Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
