Graphic Designer/Video Editor at Pack'N'Pay

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative genius who can design engaging graphics and edit high-quality video content that resonates with our target audience. From fun reels to educational carousels, you'll help shape our visual storytelling across social media, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

• Design social media posts (static, carousel, story formats) tailored to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok
• Edit short-form videos, reels, and explainer clips using existing footage or stock assets
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams on campaign visuals
• Maintain brand consistency in all designs and motion content
• Create motion graphics, animated texts, and simple transitions
• Repurpose content across platforms while respecting format nuances
• Stay updated with social media trends and audience preferences

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback
• Experience designing content for social media brands (especially in FMCG or e-commerce is a plus)
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
• Bonus: knowledge of animation, 2D/3D design, or Canva
