Graphic Designer at TeKnowledge

Responsibilities

• Take a design from concept and apply it to multiple channels and formats, ensuring consistency and quality
• Translate design briefs into consistent, high-quality marketing materials
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to address their immediate design requirements
• Manage the creative delivery of marketing communications
• Manage corporate brand identity across all marketing materials to ensure brand integrity, campaign consistency, and visual standards
• Explore, recommend, and optimize creative concepts, design, and production methods
• Create templates for Marketing Managers in Canva
• Design and prototype responsive web and mobile pages using Figma
• Translate user needs into clean, intuitive interfaces

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of design experience within dynamic companies or agencies
• Ability to maintain standards while managing tight deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects)
• Advanced in Figma for designing and prototyping responsive interfaces
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing design handoffs
• Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken
