Job Summary:

• We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.

• As a Graphic Designer at Landmark Africa Group, you will work on a variety of projects, including marketing materials, digital content, and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling graphics for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, print materials, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop design concepts that align with company branding and marketing goals.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all projects.
• Produce high-quality designs for brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and visual communication.
• Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal.
• Prepare final files for printing and digital distribution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate or lifestyle industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret creative briefs effectively.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and web design principles is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design.
• Familiarity with 3D design and rendering software.
