Job Description

• We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team.
• The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for various events, including corporate functions, weddings, and social gatherings.
• This role involves collaborating with the event planning team to develop design concepts that enhance the overall event experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials for events, including invitations, banners, programs, signage, and social media graphics.
• Collaborate with event planners to create cohesive and visually appealing event themes and concepts.
• Develop branding elements for events, including logos, color schemes, and visual motifs.
• Assist in creating presentations and proposals for potential clients.
• Ensure all designs align with the client's vision and brand identity.
• Manage print and digital production processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into event materials.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Prepare rough drafts, present ideas and develop illustrations,logos and other designs using software or by hand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an event planning or related industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including event-related materials.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of print production processes and digital design best practices.
• Experience in designing for events, including corporate, weddings, and social gatherings.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software.
