Graphic Design Officer at Nextzon Business Services Limited

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Graphic Design Officer to support the development of high-quality visual content across our internal and client-facing platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening our brand identity, enhancing communication materials, and ensuring consistency in visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative visual content for digital and print platforms, including:
  • Social media graphics
  • Presentations and reports
  • Marketing and promotional materials
  • Corporate documents and proposals
• Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual standards across all materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual designs
• Support the development of client-facing deliverables, including infographics, dashboards, and pitch materials
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content as required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–4 years relevant experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in design tools such as:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • CorelDRAW (added advantage)
  • Canva (for quick turnaround designs)
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work
• Good understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an added advantage
