Graphic Artist and Web Design Officer at Compovine Technologies

Responsibilities:

•     Designing and creating visual assets for digital, events, outdoor and print materials, such as brochures, banners, social media graphics, and website elements.
•     Collaborating with the  communications team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
•     Developing innovative design concepts that effectively communicate key messages and enhance the organization's visual identity.
•     Translating design concepts into functional websites.
•     Implementing responsive design techniques to ensure websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
•     Conducting website maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
•     Incorporating feedback and making revisions to designs and websites as necessary.
•     Staying up-to-date with industry trends, design principles, web development techniques, and software tools.

Qualifications and Skills

•     Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
•     Proven experience as a graphic artist and web designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and web development work.
•     Proficiency in graphic design software such as CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
•     Strong understanding of web development frameworks.
•     Knowledge of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
•     Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality.
•     Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with team members and understand project requirements.
•     Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
•     Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs and functional websites.

Confidentiality:

•     The graphic artist and web designer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information accessed during the course of their work.

Intellectual Property:

•     All design work and web development assets created by the graphic artist and web designer during the contract period shall become the property of the organization/company.
