    Graduate Trainee (Telemarketer)

    Job Description

    • We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Graduate Trainee Telemarketers to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and promoting our products and services to prospective clients.
    • This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates eager to build a career in sales, marketing, and fintech.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Outbound Calling: Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our fintech products and services.
    • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
    • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify sales leads by asking the right questions and understanding customer requirements.
    • Sales Support: Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team and assist in closing deals when necessary.
    • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients.
    • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales progress in the CRM system.
