The FT9ja Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP) is a 9-month intensive program designed to groom talents locally and raise a new generation of leaders who will pioneer the future of WealthTech, modern electronic trading, and disruptive business models for Nigerians (and the rest of the world). Joining the FT9ja GTP will position you on the right path to career success within our group of businesses.

Program Structure:

• Duration: 9 months
• Rotational assignments across various departments and products
• Personalized development plan
• Mentoring and coaching from senior leaders
• Regular feedback and performance evaluations

Selection Criteria

• Graduates from Top Nigerian and Foreign Universities
• Recent BSc graduates from relevant disciplines (Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering and so on
• Minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2.1)
• Completion of NYSC after May 2022
• Maximum age of 25 years at the time of applying for the programme
• Proficiency in coding and programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.) is a plus
• Plus: industry knowledge - FinTech, WealthTech, trading, modern electronic trading system is a plus
