Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and curious Graduate Trainee to join our Data Analytics and Digital Transformation team. The role is designed for recent graduates with a passion for using data and technology to solve business problems, drive process improvements, and support digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support data collection, cleaning, and preparation for analysis.
• Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide business insights.
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives such as process automation, ERP/CRM implementation, and emerging technology adoption.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for efficiency through digital tools.
• Contribute to research on industry trends in analytics, digital transformation, and innovation.
• Document processes, insights, and project outcomes for knowledge sharing.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned as part of the training program.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in relevant field 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R (an added advantage).
• Familiarity with digital tools, cloud platforms, or process automation is desirable.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and a keen attention to detail.
