Responsibilities
Gather information on the company and actively participate in on-the-job training.
Shadow various staff members to learn about different sales processes.
Attend meetings, workshops, and team-building events to enhance sales knowledge and skills.
Take comprehensive notes on experiences and maintain a log of lessons learned.
Compile reports and deliver presentations to share insights with other staff members.
Analyze existing systems and propose innovative ideas for improvement.
Bring a positive energy to the company and build professional relationships with staff members.
Conduct research and provide assistance to the Manager or Supervisor as needed.
Complete fieldwork or visit different work sites as required.
Uphold the company's reputation and values at all times.
Write a competency test or undergo an evaluation at the end of the graduate program.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
