Responsibilities

• Gather information on the company and actively participate in on-the-job training.
• Shadow various staff members to learn about different sales processes.
• Attend meetings, workshops, and team-building events to enhance sales knowledge and skills.
• Take comprehensive notes on experiences and maintain a log of lessons learned.
• Compile reports and deliver presentations to share insights with other staff members.
• Analyze existing systems and propose innovative ideas for improvement.
• Bring a positive energy to the company and build professional relationships with staff members.
• Conduct research and provide assistance to the Manager or Supervisor as needed.
• Complete fieldwork or visit different work sites as required.
• Uphold the company's reputation and values at all times.
• Write a competency test or undergo an evaluation at the end of the graduate program.
