Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sellables Storage Officer to manage the receiving, storage, and issuance of sellable products, ensuring proper stock control, product quality, and compliance with GMP and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and properly store all sellable products.
• Ensure accurate stock records and updates on Odoo/stock systems.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO for effective stock rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sellables store.
• Prepare products for dispatch and issuance.
• Conduct routine stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and food safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/NCE in any relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years experience in warehouse/storekeeping (FMCG preferred).
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and GMP.
• Ability to use stock management software (Odoo is an advantage).
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and responsibility.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and good communication skills.

• We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Finished Goods & Storage Officer to oversee the proper handling, storage, and dispatch of finished products in our facility, ensuring quality, safety, and inventory accuracy at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and properly store all finished goods.
• Ensure accurate stock count and proper documentation on Odoo/stock records.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO and proper inventory rotation.
• Ensure storage areas meet GMP and food safety standards.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and coordinate with logistics.
• Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / NCE in any relevant field.
• 1 - 3 years experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (FMCG preferred).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and GMP.
• Ability to use inventory software (Odoo knowledge is an advantage).
• Attention to detail, integrity, and good communication skills.
