Qualifications & Skills

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (completed within the last 12 months and above.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks etc).
3. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
4. Ethics: A high level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and maintain accurate records in the accounting software.
2. Process invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and reconcile vendor statements.
3. Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and credit cards to ensure accuracy.
4. Help prepare documentation for VAT, or corporate tax filings under supervision.
5. Collate necessary documentation and schedules for internal and external audits.
6. Support the senior management team with various financial analyses and administrative tasks as required.
