Government & History Teacher at Taqwa Private Schools

Job Summary: 

• We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Government and History teacher to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Government and History to secondary school students, ensuring they meet the standards set by Lagos State Education Board, WAEC, and NECO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the Lagos State curriculum, WAEC, and NECO standards.
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to promote student understanding and interest in Government and History.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Provide feedback and support to students to help them improve their academic performance.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the school's curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Government and History education and incorporate them into teaching practices.
