Job Summary

• As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments.
• You will lead strategic planning, manage performance metrics, and provide strong leadership to ensure efficiency, profitability, and alignment with the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure optimal business performance
• Develop and implement business growth, marketing, and operational strategies
• Supervise team leads and ensure departmental goals align with company objectives
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with company policies
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management processes
• Prepare and present periodic business and financial reports to the CEO

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA or professional certification is an advantage)
• 3–5 years’ proven experience as a General Manager, preferably in facility management or cleaning services
• Strong leadership, financial management, and business development skills
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented and hands-on approach

Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 Monthly.
