About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company.
• Lead, supervise, and support staff across all departments.

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a leadership/managerial role.
• Previous experience in the real estate, construction, or luxury service industry is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
• A team player who can manage hybrid workflows.
