General Manager Restaurant at IBIC Investment Holdings

The Role

• We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly experienced General Manager of Food & Beverage to lead all F&B operations. You will be responsible for driving exceptional guest experiences, optimizing operational efficiency, maximizing profitability across all outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets, room service), and cultivating a team culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP: 

• Develop and execute F&B strategies, including menu design, pricing, and promotional initiatives to drive revenue growth.

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE: 

• Manage annual budgets, P&L, food/beverage/labor costs, and forecasting, ensuring high profitability.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: 

• Supervise daily operations of all outlets to ensure superior service standards and consistency.

TEAM MANAGEMENT:

• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate F&B staff, fostering a high-performance, compliant, and engaged culture.

QUALITY & COMPLIANCE: 

• Guarantee strict adherence to health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards (HACCP).

SUPPLIER RELATIONS: 

• Oversee purchasing, inventory management, and vendor negotiations to maintain quality while optimizing costs.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of progressive management experience in luxury hotels, resort environments, or high-volume restaurant groups.
• Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration preferred.
• Skills: Proven expertise in financial management (P&L), strong leadership, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of health/safety regulations, modern culinary trends, and POS/management software systems.
• Attitude: Passionate about hospitality, resilient under pressure, and highly detail-oriented.
