Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Operational strategies and goals.

• Oversee daily operations, including production, Installation, logistics, and business functions.
• Ensure efficient use of resources, optimal productivity, and high-quality output.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure financial sustainability, profitability, and growth.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Foster open communication, collaboration, and a positive work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Oversee design, development, production and quality of all Matrix design and works’ products.
• Ensure products meet market trends, customer needs, and quality standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate business risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master's Degree, B.Sc with 5+ years work experience.
