This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Kuje.
The General Manager will be responsible for overall coordination of the organisation, including developing and implementing SOPs, administrative strategies, managing human relations, coordinating budgets, engaging stakeholders, supporting the founders and board in strategic visioning among others. Day-to-day management of the organisation falls under the table of the General Manager.
Qualifications
Strong administrative and leadership skills.
Strong people skills and customer service skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in the education sector is an added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiar with basic computer applications like MS Word, Exell, Powerpoint, Zoom, among others.
Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field
