    General Manager

    • Minimum 4-6 years of hospitality management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
    • Experience in boutique, lifestyle, or independently operated hotels strongly preferred
    • Ability to Recruit, train, manage, and develop all hotel staff; front desk, housekeeping, security, and support, Implement and oversee SOPs to ensure consistent, predictable service delivery across all units
