General Manager -Hotel at Vodstra Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong, visible leadership to all hotel departments
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting
• Drive high standards of guest service and operational excellence
• Implement strategic plans to enhance profitability and brand reputation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff to foster a culture of excellence

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years' senior management experience with a five-star hotels or luxury hospitality environments
• Proven track record in managing large teams and hotel operations
• Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Willingness to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria (if not already based there)
