General Manager at FOAK Business Solutions Limited

Urgently looking to fill the position of a General Manager for our client a Multinational FMCG Company.

This role is a permanent role, and the location is based in Nigeria.

• The General Manager will be based out of Lagos Nigeria accountable for the company's P&L and maintaining the high growth trend in revenue and profit.
• Develop the Annual Operating Plan and align the board on the yearly objectives
• Reports directly to the board of directors
• Continue attracting new business to develop our portfolio further especially in the non-temperature controlled segment
• Develop a strong team of effective managers in all function
• Work closely with the board, suppliers, Nigerian authorities, banks, government institutions, auditors to grow the business and achieve company objectives

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in FMCG distribution with at least three years of managing the business and owning the P&L
• University degree and English speaking is a must
• Africa experience especially Nigeria is an asset
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus
